I'm setting up a JSM project where I have several approval levels. Each approval level should have a list of approvers that can approve, and only one of their approvals is required to transition into the next step.
In setting up the approvals step, all I see is the following:
I do not see any spot where I can configure how many approvers need to approve as you would in JSD.
Can anyone help me find the right area to configure that only a single approval is necessary to be considered approved?
@Susan Waldrip , that 1st screen capture doesn't look like the new or old workflow editors within Jira. Regardless of JSM or Jira, the workflow editor looks the same (JPD only uses the new workflow editor).
Can you provide a bit more context on where exactly you are seeing that editor you are showing in the 1st screen capture?
Hi @fvalle , Welcome to the Community, we're glad you're here!
If I understand your question correctly, you want to ensure that when one approver of possibly multiple approvers for a step in your workflow approves, then it's considered approved and transitions to the next status in the workflow. It appears that the screen you are showing where it says "Consider approved after 1 approval(s) is how you would set that. Is it not working?

@Susan Waldrip The option doesn't seem to display for our JSM instance. I see the option in other projects but nothing similar in JSM.
The first screenshot is what I see when configuring approvals, the second is what I was expecting to see to configure it properly.

OK, I'm not familiar with the interface you're using for your workflow. Let me see if I can find someone who can help you. Are you using JSM Cloud or JSM Data Center?

Hi @fvalle , per @Gary Spross 's question, would you please let us know which editor or 3rd-party app you're using for the workflow? Neither of us is familiar with it, thanks.
