In our use case, there are times for either customer or agent to add multiple people as participants. So we create some teams in Atlassian. But neither customer nor agent can add a team as participants from the front end portal or the JSM project console. Can anyone help? If team is not the right approach, what should be the right way to accomplish what we need? Thanks.
