In our team-managed project I added the internal Admins and Agents, but we need to now allow employees to access the portal and create tickets.
When clicking on the "Channels" option in the settings per this link both myself and another project admin get the error seen below
Think I solved it.
It appears one needs to be both a Site and Project admin to have access to the "Channels" page.
