I've been catching up on the JSM webinars and spotted the categories on the left hand side. My project doesn't have those and I can't find the settings to add them. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Hey @Drew Gallagher, these are ITSM categories that apply to the IT service management template for classic projects. You won't find that in all project templates. You can learn more at:

Adding to this we seem to have had the question a few days ago which finally was answered that it is not directly possible to add a new "category" but map further (to be created) Request Types to existing practices/categories:
