Hello, can we add an automatic signature to the messages we send in service management?
Welcome to the community. To supplement what @Kai Becker stated, modifying the templates are done by project by project basis. So the modifications are not globally across all projects within your envs.
Lastly, automatic signature (i.e. how one created within his/her mail client) is not applicable in this case.

There is only one automatic way to achieve this:
Modify the notification template and add the signature to the template (you can use some variables there)
<sitename>.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<project_key>/settings/customer-notifications/template
