In Jira Service Management Portal, the Request view list shows is created by me, Approvals and "All". In "All", requests do not show approval requests. Please help me with how to add Approvals Requests to the "All" Requests list?
In the portal UI, It is my understanding that "Approvals" issues will show if the user is listed as an approver for the issues in question. Otherwise, if he/she is not listed as an approver, then there will be no issue(s) displayed.
Hope this helps.

If I approve "abc-1" request, it doesn't show in All requests list. Only showing created by me and participant issues. Not showing Approved requests. Please help us.

For "abc-1", are you listed as the one to approve the issue? Please provide a screenshot of the issue in the portal

I approved the request "abc-191". After approving, it has been shown in approval's history but not shown in the "All" requests option.

You didn't answer my question - Are you listed as an approver in the Approver field associated with the abc-191?
In addition, why you are posting the same ask again in the same community group?

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin@Joseph Chung Yin
Yes. The person who has approver in the Approver field associated with the abc-191.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
So are you listed as the approver in the field? It is because you are asking for the portal UI request queue.
So if you are not listed as the approver for the issue, then you will not see the issue in the above "Approvals" queue display.

If I am the approver, I approve the request abc-191. Now I can only view this request on the approvals list. That request (abc-191) is not shown in the list.
All the list, it is shown only things related to the only created by me and the participants in the list.
So I want to see my approved requests on the "All" List also.

It is my understanding, that if you account is associated in the approver field, then the issue will be displayed in "Approvals" queue section.
One key thing that you need look to ensure the filters used in the queue are not setup, so your issue is hidden
Example - Your issue's status is Done, but you have the Status filter to only looking at issue in the Open status etc..
Hope this helps.
