How to active the inactive workflows in company managed Jira project.

In addition I would like to know where can I find a simulator of data center and videos about how to manage and administrate it?

Use the workflow.

The active/inactive flag is not stored data that causes a workflow to behave differently.  It is just a a display of some information about the workflow.

It displays "inactive" when the workflow is not in use.  It displays "active" when the workflow is in use.

To make a workflow active, use it in a project.  Associate the workflow with one or more issue types in a workflow scheme and then configure a project to use that scheme.
