Scenario:
I can't seem to provide any content access to a customer over JSM.
Customer sees the search results, it seems that it loads forever and do not show the content of the confluence article.
Does anyone have any suggestion?
Hi @João Dantas
Look at this post, maybe can help you
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/use-confluence-as-a-knowledge-base-218275154.html
Cheers
Unfortunatly it doesn't help.
From my point view, JSM should get the content from the internal server and present it correctly to the customer.
But it just iframes it.
It looks like a not so good feature.
