How to access a Confluence Knowledge Base with JSM?

Scenario:

  • we have a publicly available JSM server (datacenter version)
  • we have a Confluence server (datacenter version) on the intranet
  • both servers are connected over IPSEC

I can't seem to provide any content access to a customer over JSM.

Customer sees the search results, it seems that it loads forever and do not show the content of the confluence article.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Unfortunatly it doesn't help.

From my point view, JSM should get the content from the internal server and present it correctly to the customer.

But it just iframes it.

It looks like a not so good feature.
