In Jira Cloud, I have created an Incident project and am stuck creating an automation rule. The requirement is to give access to a particular group to access a specific incident in the Portal. For this, I have created a custom field called "Assigned Application." If I select "xyz" in the Assigned Application field, then only the people in the "xyz" group should be able to access this incident in the Portal. I have tried using an automation rule but have not been able to achieve this. Could you please suggest how I can accomplish it?
