I'm looking to remove the initial email confirmation notification in Jira Service Management (JSM) so that users receive notifications directly without the need for confirmation.
Eliminate the initial email confirmation notification in JSM, allowing users to receive the main notification immediately when a request is created, without any preliminary confirmation emails.

Go to Project Settings > Customer Notifications
There you can toggle off a variety of notifications.
With the initial email confirmation, which of the following scenario fits your criteria:
