Hi,
Whenever "Reply to Customer" comments are saved with "@" referencing call agents, the customer receives an email, with the email body containing the URL link along with status text.
I guess status text (text describing the status) will still show up in the email body but how to disable the URL link HTTPS:///

Do you have any automation rules set up that contain smart values which are referencing to the URL's?
