I would like to see how to setup Jira to use the information from the original email when forwarding the issue. Can we have the Jira system pull in the original senders email and not use the email from the forwarding user? Is it possible to also pull in the Organization when doing this?
Currently, there is no configuration that we can make on Jira to pull the original sender of an email when it's forwarded.
Jira only pulls the "From" to add as a reporter.
