Can you advise on the best way to create a company-managed project for the Marketing team to assist in tracking their tickets? Are there specific functions or features that can be added to help organize the board?

Hi Youmna,

You can use pretty much any template you want because you will probably customize the first one anyway. I would suggest a Jira Business project for Marketing work (Work Management).

Hi @Youmna Alomari !

A good start is to create a Work Management project for the team. There are plenty of templates there for different kinds of business teams and you can configure these to suit the needs of that particular team too.

I have had Marketing teams using Jira software and planning their work in Epics, sprints and releases also, but the work management projects type has a lot more features that these teams normally like: Board,List,Calendar, Timeline.
