I am trying to create a filter for one of our teams to capture any tickets opened by the group and when I enter everyone needed into the requestor field it throws an error and won't create. I have a feeling it is because there are too many customers. Can anyone give direction on how to proceed?

What is the error you are receiving?
How many people have you tried to add to the Requestor field criteria?
Can you show us the actual syntax of the filter you have created when you receive the error? It is okay to obscure the actual values, but make sure we can see all the punctuation.
