Hello Team....I am exporting a monthly filter to excel to see how many tickets per month and how long it took to resolve them. Unfortunately Jira sees the "time to resolve" as how much time was left the SLA...so if it took 3 hours to resolve....the resolve time would be 37 hour from an SLA of 40 hours. In addition the format does not easily convert to hours very well. Does any have a work around to get just the hours it took to resolve the issue. Much thanks in advance
You can try to include "Created date" and "Resolution date" columns in your filter.
Then you can use DATEDIF function in excel which allows to control the way you want to display that difference (minutes, hours, days etc....)
Hello Marcin...I dont think this would work as you have times the SLA clock is stopped for after hours, Weekends and holidays...which would not be reflected in either Create date and resolution date....but thank you for the suggestion
