I have used the software with another company and am now setting it up at my new job. I used to be able to delete or cancel customer requests but it does not give me that option now..............
You probably either had a workflow or permissions at your other company that you don't have an equivalent of now.
To cancel an issue: You need to set up a "cancel" transition in the workflow so you can move the issue to a "canceled" or otherwise "done" state.
To delete an issue: you need project permission to "Delete Issues."
