How do you configure the message which is displayed from an integration in Ops Genie?

When alerts get created in Ops Genie from the integrations i have added, how do i configure the error message so it allows the person dealing with it to understand the issue in an instant?

We have a splunk integration which states 'Website Performance has lines'

Where can i amend this error.

Hi @Jason Selby ,

You can configure what data parses in the alert's message under the integration's Advanced tab > create alert actions' Message field.

Note that this tab is only available on the Opsgenie standalone Standard and Enterprise plans, or the JSM Premium and Enterprise plans:
