Hi everyone. We have integrated Jira Claud and Slack. When the user publishes the link for "customer request" in the Slack channel, other users can see Personal Jira notifications: Hi @User, you need access to Jira Service Management to view and respond to this ticket. Join Jira Service Management now to get instant access. Get instant access If the user clicks the button "Get instant access" he gets into the group "service-desk-agents". Extra users in this group cause additional financial costs. How do we disable the automatic adding of users to this group?
It may be that the domain has been approved such that anyone in you domain gets access without the need for approval. Can you check that? I have not experienced that message before personally.
How can I check that? Where can I see that?

I can't access the site to check this but here is an article that might help enable-automatic-accounts-creation-through-email-requests . In there you will find info on approved domains.
