Just a very silly question... The count of requests at the top of the JSM portal page is growing everyday. Is there a way to clear or reset the count? For example, to exclude all those already closed or cancelled or approved.
The count depends on the open issues you have, even if the issue has reached a "Done" state in your workflow issues can still be shown as open.
This happens when no resolution is set on issues.
Check your workflow, if you use a resolution screen, or a post function that sets the resolution.
Simply check with JQL if you issues have a resolution set.
