I've checked online where i can change the view customers have when they look for tickets but so far i havent figured out how to change it
these are the current options to filter, i want to add more options

I am not aware of any way to change this. What would you want to be different about it?
The standard issue search is quite limited.
You can check our app Advanced Portal Reports. You can use it to show your customers on the portal a table report where they can see, search, filter and export all their Jira Service Management tickets with a very simple UI.

For Jira Service Management Cloud the out of the box functionality let the customer/s to sort the tickets by Status and Request type.
JQL and advance filters are available to Service Management Agents.
