Under reporting, when i click on SLA success rate and show by 'Past quarter by week' it's showing me Jan 1 - Jan 8 as part of Q4. It should be part of Q1. Am i just mis reading this, or is there a way to adjust this on the SLA Calendar that I'm overlooking?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
In this report, quarter means "last 3 months". So this is why the w/o 1-8/jan is being displayed. Unfortunately, there is no way to change this configuration.
In case you want a more detailed SLA report, I would suggest looking into Atlassian Analytics, which provides you a great variety of fields/graphs to interact with.
