Hi all, having a bit of trouble on this as I'm not great on APIs

I'm using api.opsgenie.com/v1/services to create a Service, but I'm confused in a few areas with the migration changes thats come in:

  1. Where do I get the Team ID from? Oddly enough I find the Team ID from the new JSM Teams does not work? I have to use the ID in Opsgenie still which is different even if I created it in JSM. Interestingly if its a migrated team it keeps the ID so they work okay (but adds og- at the start but its not used for the api).
  2. Where do I get authorization now? I won't be able to create Genie Keys after migration which does work if I use it as a Authorization header, but I try a normal API key and I get "Key format not valid"

Thanks all!

Hi all, I've recieved an answer to this, so closing the question down, for those that are interested:

api.opsgenie.com/v1/services - works now using Team ID from Opsgenie and Authorization with a Genie Key.

But for the future with the migration change we will have to look out for: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-14203 which I think will answer my questions above once implemented and hopefully be able to use the new keys and Team ID.

Cheers.
