We currently have an email address set up which receives emails for our team and for any verified users in our JSM project a ticket is automatically raised.
I want to capture in the form of tickets things like, subscription expiry and certificates that come from external 3rd party providers and systems, so if noreply@externalsuppier.com emails into our service email, that should generate a ticket.
How do we go about doing this without opening up the project to everyone.
If I created a user in our JSM project as a customer, with the service email address, could that then work? Any help or advise would be great.
