How do I send SLA breach alerts to a specific TEAMS chat session?

The email notifications work as designed based on rule however my HD team does not look at the dept email queue.  We use a dedicates TEAMS chat within the company as an approved channel for communication and is monitored (eyes on glass)

You could send alerts to Teams channel from Automation for Jira using a Webhook URL.
