How do I see who keeps changing a boards Filter?

I have multiple scrum boards in a project. 

2 boards in particular seem to have folks changing the Filter Query - then i get the complaints the board is not working. 

Or they add columns and place them in the wrong position or just do things that make it difficult for the teams to do their job. 

I have One board that was deleted and our Jira Admins do not know why nor could they find the audit trail

Is there a board history of changes view i can see as the Admin of a project?

How do we se who is messing with the Boards (not the issues i know how to look at  that history).

I'm afraid this is not logged, so you are going to need to do two things,

• First, engage with your people - just ask them.  Ask why they are changing things like this.
• Second, if you can't get a good answer from them, block it all and see who screams.  Take away the user's rights to amend the filter behind a board.
