How do I see if email channel emails been delivered to requestor?

Hello,

 

How can I check if reply's been sent to external requestors when using email channeling as customer support function. We do reply external requests and I'd like to understand if those replies been sent to requestor.

This isn't possible ootb.

This will require an email app from the Atlassian marketplace that has logging around email.

You could look at:

  • Email This Issue
  • Jira Enterprise Mail Handler (JEMH)
