hi,

we are planning to use JSM so staff can raise requests to access various IT systems.

however, we are wondering if possible to see all systems that an employee requested and was granted access to.

thanks
Fabio

Hi @Fabio Cerullo ,

Welcome to the community !!

  1. Create a JSM project
  2. Create user picker field and name it. Example "Grantee" .
  3. Add the field to required screens in the project and schemes.
  4. In the project access/revoke request types, make Grantee field as required.

In future, you can just write a simple JQL to get the user and his access status.

project = ABC and grantee = username1
