How do I got from free trial back to the free version?

I am on the free trial for the Jira Service Management subscription by accident and want to cancel back to the free level. How do I manage the billing if it doesn't allow me to change plans?

Hi, @Salwanida Budiman 👋

The billing administrator for you site will have to do this:

  • Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Go to Subscriptions from the side navigation.
  • From the subscriptions list, find the product you want to change the plan for and select Manage.
  • On the Subscription details page, select Change plan.
  • Select the plan you want.
