My service desk agents always need to see the exact time, down to the minute, but the custom date & time picker field I created keeps deciding for itself how to display that content, showing "5 Days Ago" instead of "8/16/23 XX:XX." How can I change the field's behavior?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible in the CLOUD env. I would recommend you to add yourself as a watch of this enhancement request - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-41506.
