As noted in the message you will need to contact Atlassian support if the problem persists. Your Jira Administrators can open a support case at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
That code is really just a tag that is added into the log files to help Atlassian find the messages in those files that were written at the same time the problem occurred.
