How do I edit the auto response message that gets sent to our clients when they email in to us?

It does this for texts as well, we have it connected to text magic, would really like to know where this can be edited.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Go to Project settings > Customer notifications and from here you can edit the notifications that are sent out the customers.
