How do I delete/disable customers?

I have tried and failed to delete test customers I created.

I tried the following already:

  • In the Jira Service Proj, went to Customers and removed them from the Organization. This did not delete them but just removed them the organization. I tried to login again with this customer account afterwards and it seems they can still login, they just can't see the part to log a ticket anymore.
  • In project settings of our Jira Service Project I went to Access > People and access but there are only 2 rows there, none that are a customer.
  • Then I also went to settings > user management > Directory > Users, but here I only see Admin users, no customers.

Is there another way where you can disable or delete a customers account?

Thanks!
