I'm just playing with the Jira Service Desk to get a feel for its functionality.
Where/How do I change the work flow (or respond to raised tickets)?
If I follow the admin link (https://aspitech.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewApplicationProperties.jspa) I get the following problem continuously...

Well if you are seeing that then I would reach out to Atlassian Support.
Are you not able to login to your instance? BTW, you might not want to publish your URL here as this is a public forum, thought I'm sure users can't login w/o an account, still...

I selected the support link at the bottom of the error screen and it brought me here.
