We currently have two service desk projects. One for external customers and one for internal customers (our staff). I would like to have forms in the external customer's service desk only be available to external customers and forms in the internal customer's service desk only be available to internal customers.
Is there a way to configure this in Jira?
Thanks,
If you have two separate projects, I don't see any reason why not to have separate forms. I mean, you are going to create a JSM form in each project. So each of these forms will be available only to the corresponding project. More on forms here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-forms-in-jira-service-management/
So if I have Form A in Service Desk A and Form B in Service Desk B, would customers in Service Desk A be able to see Form B in the Portal?

Further question -
Even though there are 2 projects and their own forms, if you click on helpcenter, you may be able to then see or access the other projects, right?
I'm wondering if it's possible to have a project that is for internal only, and a project for external, but then make sure that external people can't see or access internal projects, is this possible?
