How do I change the account of resolved issues in Jira?

Rebekka Kristín May 31, 2024

We use "accounts" in Jira to distinguish between Run - Grow - Transform projects.  Some of the projects have been incorrectly classified as Run when they should have been Grow.  I´ve changed it now and all the logged hours in Tempo are correct from the date we made the change but can I change it retrospectively for all logged hours from the beginning of the year?

Hi @Rebekka Kristín ,

Yes you can, but you need to be sure that if you have synced the logged hours to other systems that you re-sync these hours.

From a Tempo perspective it is no issue.

hi @emma.allan ,

You either do this by hand (change it for every worklog) or you can create a (e.g. Python) script which uses the Tempo api
