How do I automate notifications from my change calendar?

I want to automate change calendar notifications on Jira Service Management such that approver groups can get notifications when a change's time is due or overrun. I tried to automate a rule but can't seem to get a trigger for this kind of automation. Anyone with any idea which trigger I can use or another way to go about this??

You will have to use a JQL condition that runs in a scheduled trigger.
