Hi all,
we are looking into using Jira SM for ITSM with more automation. I there a way in Jira (maybe with Insight and automation) to perform user action in Azure AD?
So "orchestration" or provisioning of users also for other applications (not only Atlassian), which would enable an automatic access request workflow or lets the service desk team select an automation in Jira that performs a series of changes in the AD.
Is that possible?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Holger
@Holger Klehn I usually see this occur the opposite direction. A user is on-boarded and given access via a Azure group to many different products. We have an onboarding process that notifies the correct individuals to add the proper AD groups. You would have to build your own service to automate the process.
