How do I attach pdf form to initial approvers email?

We use a team-managed service project and under PROJECT SETTINGS>CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS>APPROVAL REQUIRED, I want to attach the form as a pdf to this initial email that goes out to the pending approvers. 

The idea is that when an employee fills out a form for a request type, a pdf version of that form is attached to this email that's sent to the approvers. This way, it allows the approvers to view the pdf form and be able to provide their approval within the email instead of having to navigate to the portal to view it. 

From what I've researched so far, we can send the form as a pdf through automation but it's a separate email with the sender as automation@[your-domain].atlassian.net

We just want to send the form as a pdf to the initial email to the approvers.

Any suggestions?
