Hi Michael,

What does your Custom Field for Default Groups look like?

Does it look similar to this?

Hi @Michael Malmström

Do you have Org admin privileges? In the Org admin area, there is a section for Groups?

You or your Org admin can add more groups here.

Hope that helps

Cheers

Hi @Mark Higgins , yes I'm admin.

I have added the groups that I need already. But once I've added the groups, I cant find them in the custom field "Approver groups" since I don't know how to add more groups to the custom field.

Kind regards,

Michael Malmström

Hi Michael,

That is strange? So, the field shows you groups, that where previously there, but any new groups are not being shown?

Hi @Mark Higgins

That's correct.

I have added 2 new groups but they are not shown in the custom field. Approver groups.

My thought was that I needed to do something with the groups so it shows in the field?

Hi @Michael Malmström

I may have found it, as I wasn't aware of this, but, do the groups that you have created have access to the JSM product?

Looking at the groups in ORG, I can see that, in my example the group has access to 1 product

When I click on show details it then shows:

There are 4 group members and 1 product access

At the bottom of the group you can see an option to add the Product

What happens when you click on your new groups?

Do they have Product access?

Cheers

Mark
