Hi,
We would like to assign customers to incidents. How can we configure that? When we create an incident for testing purposes, we do not see any customer field to choose from.
Please advise.

To supplement what @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ suggested, you need to know that you cannot assign an incident to customers, you will need to add them as Requested Participates of your incident. In JSM, assignee of issues are Agent only.

You have to use Organisations for that matter. Inside organisations you place customer. So for e.g. you have one organisation called "Microloft" and inside there you place all microloft.com customers.
