Hi,

can we run the Atlassian service desk system in Dutch in stead of English?

Greetings,

Hello Erik,

Yes you can. JSM is shown in the language of the agent, that can be set via the agent's profile (portrait top right > Manage account > Account preferences).

If you want to change the notifications as well, you can add additional languages to the project. Just make sure that you check the translations.

Please see this documentation for more information: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/why-change-the-customer-portal-default-language-to-match-the-customers/

On a personal note; we used to run it in Dutch as well but I can't recommend it. Trying to search English documentation based on translated terms is just a pain. I happily switched back to English.
