Hi,
In Jira Service Management request list view it is showing Today and yesterday instead of date as shown in the attachment.
How can we change created date to date format(13/10/2023) from today, yesterday on JSM Portal?
Currently in JSM Cloud, switching from relative date format to absolute date format is not possible. It is available in the Data Center on-prems env.
Here is another Atlassian enhancement ask on this topic in addition to what @Dan Breyen mentioned. I would recommend you to add yourself to the enhancement issues as a watcher, so you can vote for it and receive updates when Atlassian proceed with the implementation in the future

Hope this also helps.

Hi @venkat g ,
System default fields are named as "Created" and "Updated". Seems you are using custom fields "Created Date" and "Updated Date".
Please edit the queue and add "Created" and "Updated" system fields.
To edit the queue, you should be jira admin or project admin.

I am asking about Jira service management Customer portal (customer request lists). Not for Agent view in Jira service management all tickets.

The user can click on the date and it will change from the relative date to absolute date.
This is submitted on Atlassian's Jira site: JRACLOUD-43208
Feel free to vote for and watch it for updates .
