Hello @Marco Martinato
I'm not sure I understand your question.
Are you asking about how to add the approval step to your workflow?
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-approval-to-a-workflow/
Or are you asking about a way to indicate on a per issue basis that an approval is required?
i find how to set up an approval step but where i can define who is part of the approver group ? then i would like that different issues own different approvers is this possible ? . how? .
Thank a lot for your time or suggestion. (sorry, for my english ) :)

Hello Marco,
The instructions say that you can create either a field where you select users or a field where you select user groups, and then set up the Approval step to reference that field to determine if the right people have approved the issue. You are specifying that field here:
In each issue somebody will need to fill that field in to specify who the approvers are for each issue.
If the field you created was a field for selecting users, then in each issue you need to edit that field to select the users who need to approve that issue.
If the field you created was a field for selecting user groups, then in each issue you will need to edit that field and select the user groups whose members can approve the issue. In that case you have to adde the users to the groups from the user management screens. Only a user with user management administration permissions will be able to add users to the user groups.

Hello Marco,
Checkout Approval Path for Jira, you can define approvers based on their fields and there are also automation rules that you can then implement. Including workflow automation support.
Best,
Parsa Shiva
