i have different kind of ticket( customers request ) and each of this ticket need different groups of approvers so i create three groups and one workflow with approval step .
how can i link/indicate that a determinated ticket need a specific gorup?
and if i need in rarley exception to add another apporver ? is there an easy way without modify the group?
Hmm.. have you tried contacting your group admin? They can modify to create custom fields through a Group Picker.
