How can i cancel invitation for a customer in jira service desk (Invited but not joined)
I just found delete customer feature but can't find cancel invitation feature.

As I know Jira Service Desk doesn't have a specific "cancel invitation" feature for customers who haven't joined yet. But you can try leave the invitation to expire. JSM versions 3.10.0 and above disable sending account verification emails by default, so the invitation might disappear automatically after a set period.
