How can i add end and start dates ( from the fields in the request) to a notification email title

Hi!

I need to create a notification email for the partners so it will change depending on the fields set in the connection request.

I know how to set : If field says this - then have this title, but can i set it so that the dates will change every time in the title depending on the dates added to the request?

Hi @Vera Valshonok

You can create an automation, and place some smart values in the subject or even in the body with the desired custom fields values.

On this example I used the smart value:

{{issue.Start date}}

where Start date is the custom field name.

Does it make sense?
