How can connect users from Active Directory with Assets?

Hello Community! I need help.

The possible scenarios:

1- When an user is added in AD -> Then should be create an Assets Object automatically
2- When an user is removed from AD -> Then should be delete that Assets Object automatically

Is that possible without using Assets Discovery?
