How can I upload file to JIRA?

I can't upload files to JIRA since when and I get the following message.

 

File "xxxx" was not uploaded

An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator.

 

How can I solve this issue?

Hi @Minjae Lee and welcome to the community!

The best way is to indeed contact a sys admin because he/she is going to check certain things on jira, as well as the logs in order to locate the problem.

By the way, is your file big?
