I would like to display already asked questions to the customers while creating new request in the customer portal of JIRA Service desk project.
Also, like how we get previously asked questions while we type for a new question in Atlassian Community, we need the exact same functionality while creating a request in the Customer portal of a JIRA Service desk project. Is is already in place? Do we need to enable something in the settings for the context help?
The work around we would like is that JSD ticket/request create a Confluence Question and gets added to the Knowledge Base Space. For any future JSD ticket, this question should show up as a context help.
