Hi everyone! I am a admin and I have a form with many fields. Let's say 10. Of these fields, 5 correspond to one person and 5 to another. I need each one to be able to see only the ticket information that corresponds to them in an email.
Is this possible?
Hi @Montnic ,
welcome to the community and thank you for your question.
Out of the box, this is not possible in Jira. You would need to use an app like Email this issue, to set up custom mail templates and send dem filtered on your specific recipient criteria.
I would recommend to try this out on another site with some dummy data, as you do not have access to sandboxes with your standard plan.
Hi @Kai Becker !
Okay, I understand. Do you think there could be another way? Like exporting the data to excel and making filters for those people?
Thank you for your response!

the main problem is, that there is no default solution to filter issue data.
If a user can see an issue, he will be able to see all the information.
There are certain apps that provide a solution to hide specific information, but that might require way to much work.
